Selection Program Update Version 3.8, Lead Times, Flat Fin Selections

As it is now the middle of summer, things are definitely heating up at Precision Coils. Our production schedule is currently exceeding our capacity, so in order to handle the amount of order intake, we are temporarily extending our lead times to five weeks. Quick-ship premium requests of 5 and 10 days are temporarily unavailable at this time. Quick ship orders will not be taken unless prior approval has been made by David Dooley, Applications Manager or Jim Leeds, Precision Coils Sales Manager.

Also, in order to handle the increased capacity, our flat fin capabilities will not be offered at this time. This is only a temporary measure and we will resume flat fin capabilities in late Fall 2006.If you currently have flat fin jobs up for bid that may become an order, we will honor thos orders, however, as of July 11, 2006, flat fins will not be offered on Precision Coils Program 3.8 until further notice. The good news is that we have two new fin presses due to be delivered in the fall. This will increase our product offering and allow us to handle the increased production load that we are currently experiencing.
