What are the lead times for the Quick Build Program?
The Quick Build Program currently offers 3-, 5-, 10-, 15-, and 20-day lead times. Next-day Quick Builds are available but must be pre-approved by the factory. Lead times do not include shipping and are subject to change without notice.
Does Precision Coils offer engineering assistance for designing OEM coils?
Yes, our engineering staff is available to work with customers on determining the relevant specifications and dimensions required for their new coils and HVAC/R system needs.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Buyers may modify or cancel orders by providing written notice before the coil is more than 50% through the production cycle, subject to any cancellation charges by the seller. Once the coil is more than halfway to completion, the buyer must pay the full price.
What are your pricing terms?
All price quotes are firm for 30 days from the date of the quote. In the event of any specification changes after receipt of the order, the price is adjusted to reflect those changes.
